Type 1 diabetic. Need to have candy with me and be allowed to eat it in case my sugar drops. Low sugar creates confusion and an inability to concentrate. They IMMEDIATELY sent me a permanent exemption. Not sure why I couldn't just be allowed to have starburst with me but ok.

I got called into the room one time during jury duty and the lawyer stood up and went who doesn’t wanna be here and really just wants to go home. Three of us raised our hands they sent us on our way with our parking validated and a lunch coupon for Whataburger.

I was the barista at the court house and the prosecutor was a GREAT regular whose daughter also later babysat my kids. Lol. Im also a SAHM mom and the case was child….related. The judge said “can you be impartial?” And I said “absolutely not hes guilty” that judge said “youre dismissed… but we want your views in the future” lololol.
