ive read glutathione helps with fatty liver also by helping to detoxify the liver and assisting in processing fats, which during weightloss is a good thing. Too much causes zinc deficiency. educate yourself before supplementing anything. These can help. but they are not magic pills. They can have negative side effects too. just more predictable than the drugs the FDA pushes...
