Guys it’s called a foster home 😭😭😭 kids go there when people aren’t up to adopt kids but there’s people like the Dougherty family that take in kids and house them while their social workers find houses for them to live at (hence why there’s so many kids, people can’t afford kids anymore)

People need to remember that foster and adoptive children can come with very serious and intense psychological issues!!!!!! 🙄 Adoptive parents can try their hardest and love and support them but sometimes their issues are very serious and still end up controlling their lives. I am adoptive parent. My child is ok…but I’ve seen many who aren’t even though their parents have loved and supported them unconditionally!!! It’s very very sad.

when a child becomes an adult it is not the parents fault. i’ve acted out my entire life and gotten in trouble with my police. do i fight with my parents? yes. do i blame them for the thing I CHOOSE to do? no.
