@crimewithdan0: 🚨 TRUE CRIME STORYTIME | The Murder of Alexis Gabe 🚨 Alexis Gabe was just 24 years old when she agreed to meet her ex-boyfriend, Marshall Curtis Jones, on January 26, 2022. She had plans to end their relationship for good, but she never made it home. Investigators believe Marshall killed Alexis inside his home that night. According to police, he dismembered her body in an attempt to conceal the crime, then scattered her remains in remote areas of Northern California. Evidence later uncovered included surveillance footage, forensic evidence, and handwritten directions allegedly created by Marshall that pointed investigators toward where he had disposed of her remains. Before detectives could arrest him for Alexis’ murder, Marshall fled to Washington state. When officers attempted to serve the arrest warrant, he reportedly charged at them with a knife and was fatally shot by police. Months later, portions of Alexis’ remains were recovered, but her family has continued searching for answers and for all of her remains to be found. Alexis deserved to walk away from that relationship safely. Instead, her life was stolen by someone she once trusted. 🎥 Watch until the end for the full timeline of this heartbreaking case. 🕊️ Rest in peace, Alexis Gabe. #TrueCrime #truecrimestorytime #truecrimedocumentary #domesticabuseawareness #truecrimestory
