Part's can be replaced on Amazon for cheap, clean the entire thing with Mold killer, including crevices, Spray mold killer inside a plastic box and leave the headset in a dry place for 48 hours with a dehumidifier running either besides the box or with a tube attached to it. it won't get rid of all the mold but it will kill the spores.
