Once you get a bulging disk (it ruptures the disk membrane) and it hits the nerves, causing pain down your legs, it is literally tickets imo. I did everything: physiotherapy, steroid injections, exercise, etc. Nothing helped. The pain dictated my life. My bulging disk was between L3 & L4 and pain was sent down both legs. The only thing that helped was a D & D operation. Disectomy & Decompression. That was 3.5 years ago. I've never been better. I had a brilliant surgeon. Andrew from South Africa

I have L4 L5 S1 on both side lower back pain generate a disc piriformis left side of my buttocks generate down my leg excruciating pain Donna Physical Therapy in three occasions, steroids injections, anti-inflammatory medication been to numerous management pain seeing specialist and it’s getting worse and worse pain. I can’t take it. I can’t walk I can’t climb stairs. The numerous of MRIs everything comes back negative according to the doctors, but I’m getting worse and worse can spend the pain right now. All I can do is lay down without medication. My life is slipping away. I had to miss birthdays been around my grandkids. I’m very depressed taking medication for depression anxiety. I can sleep due to the pain I walk with a cane. I have to stop every second because of the pain at this point at this point it is what it is sadly.

Get rid of the inflammation by changing Diet, move, move, move! Rest, walk Walk Walk! Water therapy exercise, Gentle stretch, bye bye stress, keep moving, collagen, begin hiking, strengthen core! Rest…. Repeat!

I have bulging disk L4, L5 & S1 for over 3years. I got 3 MRI scans & it said its gone a little worse. I seen a chiropractor to no avail. I'm getting physio now for 3 mts. It gives me temporary relief, I find daily jacuzzi gives temporary relief, I take strong painkillers, this also gives temporary relief has anyone any better solutions??

I’ve had L4/5/S1 disc bulging and nerve impingement issues for the past 26 years. I’ve had corticosteroid injections over these years which offer temporary relief.
