while your are making humour out of it...im fully on cycling Mike's side. the law is the law. there is no excuse. no phones while driving..at all. there is absolutely no argument you can have to make it ok. its the law. if you lose your licence and cant provide for your family then that's on you for breaking the law...not mikey for alerting Authorities that you have broken the law. yoj dont get tk.pick and choose whoch laws you follow . you break the law then there are consequences for that. families are torn apart every day from people who use their phone while driving casuign horrific accidents. you cant even argue that you were stopped in traffic..it is still the law when stuck in traffic. .the law doesnt change depending on how much you are moving.

Killing yourself isn’t illegal but helping someone to do it is. See Suicide Act 1961 which decriminalised suicide but made it a crime to help or encourage someone ending it.
