With all due respect this is not quite the way it happened. I was a Hollywood talent manger for more than 30 years. And I was privy to conversations and decisions made to build her career from a very young age. With that being said, she still had to work incredibly hard. She still had to show up and think for herself. But believe me, there is still a Hollywood “system” that chooses who gets the full power of that machine behind them. The truth is that it begins at a very early age, not when you are 25.

To me, there are a lot of people out there with skill and people like Zendaya. She’s put in that time because someone allowed her to shine and that’s the issue… Finding someone to help you shine you can do it yourself because I’ve seen people on this app and many other apps who are freaking amazing, but still don’t have the opportunity to shine like Zendaya has… And that’s all great and I’m happy that she’s been put in a position to keep shining and I hope she does keep shining, but in saying that people need to take advantage of opportunities… and more opportunities need to be given to others so they can have the same chance to shine like Zendaya
