not true..When bad people die, they are shown a vivid pix of all their earthly actions..then taken to purgatory for reformation. After then, they become really meek, that way they can pay back their karmic debts...Then they are sent back to earth. Country, place of birth all arranged to help them pay. Often such people are born with body deformities and will go through a very harsh life as a lesson for their previous wrong deeds.
