People are misunderstanding the real issue imo. Most are thinking rise of the machines like in Termnator.. The real issue is destroying global economies. It could easily, and quickly put the world back over 100 years or more. 92% of the world's economy exists in computer systems. Globally, theres only about $26 trillion in cash. The US only uses about 5% of its commerce as cash transactions. AI gets in there and starts hacking systems on its own, it could act like a virus and corrupt all those systems. It could crash the entire global finance.
