that’s useful to know, curious if that might cause any potential unforeseen issues?

I want to know how or where he got the check valve he hooks to? I have seen his channel before, very clean set up for remote oil changes.

all the mess from the oil pan, it pulls out and stays in some places where it shouldn't be. I'd rather change it the classic way where it's correct from the manufacturer

You know it’s just a second with minor oil loss swapping plugs. That’s a whole lot of stuffing around

100% works. I used to do it the heating oil tanks. 270 gallons. We would do it the replace the valve on the bottom of the tank. Been doing it for 30 years.

Walmart techs I knew did this till it ruined the vacuums. there is a reason the guy uses a special oil trap on the top.

Very commonly used with hydraulic systems, this system uses pressurized air, and Venturi effect to create vacuum on a hydraulic system.
