Hey bro! Does the Tesla headlight have the adaptive feature just like Audi that can keep the high beam on but will dim certain parts if there is an incoming or a car in front of you?

I was wondering and maybe you can answer them. 1. where do they buy their tesla? 2. where do they service their tesla? 3. in case of unfortunate events where parts or car related stuff are needed where do they buy them? 4. is there an official charger/solar partner or free for all?
