if he was a regular person they still would've locked him up . he's a convicted felon who's been to jail multiple times which they can see when they run his license. officers definitely treat you differently of you have alot of prior charges. even if they gave him a ticket it would have a mandatory court date since reckless driving is a misdemeanor.
