Quick question how do you incorporate exercise into calorie tracking?

This is the best advice! I weigh daily and I write my weight down. When I hit a plateau I go back a few weeks and remind myself that I’m not at this old weight anymore. It really helps when you feel defeated.

Following you has absolutely healed my relationship with the scale. I weigh daily and no longer freak out when it fluctuates. I have finally figured out my body's schedule of weight fluctuation and it's helped SO much. 51 years old and for the first time I don't have a toxic relationship with the scale.

Thank you for this mindset. I absolutely HATE weighing myself daily and have been avoiding it. The scale has definitely been deciding how I feel every time it fluctuates.

so 2 questions pls. when following a calorie deficit, we have to follow one number right? like you say any number under, is a deficit but do you have to stick to one or is it okay if you fluctuate sometimes under your maintenance? ALSOO im almost 5 weeks in my weight loss, I've been weighing myself every 2nd week, and on week 4 the needle just showed 1 kg less and I was so disappointed. im following a 1200 cals diet, 15k steps, good water and sleep, 5 days workouts (weights and cardio). sorry the text got too long, but am i doing smth wrong?
