And also let’s remember it’s her name on the paychecks, so she can spend her money however she wants. Coming from someone who had two stillbirths, I say buy the clothes. I’m still hopeful one day to see the rainbow at the end of the storm and when that day comes I’ll be well prepared.

So I had lots of the stuff bought then suffered through years of infertility and miscarriages. After doing ivf I had my baby and I’m telling you what- using the things I had stored for years was the best feeling ever!!!! Like I remember buying some of the outfits and finally getting to put him in it- magical 🥺🥺

Coming from someone who used this same method, buying to get prepared, and then struggling with 8 yrs of infertility. BUY THE STUFF. It helps me to keep hope and shows how much I’ve overcome since buying it. So either way, do what’s best for you.

My mom saved a bin of my baby clothes and my daughter wore them 30 years later. Who cares if you buy stuff early. However it happens you will fill those baby clothes with a sweet chunky babe.

Buy the bits just remember it can take up to a year to get pregnant after coming off birth control it's very normal to take that long even without issues. So have fun and go with the flow 🥰

I told my provider we were going to start trying and she said it can take 3-6 months to get pregnant, we got pregnant the first month😳 we were obviously happy but extremely shocked! I think society can play such a huge role in our lives. If it brings you happiness you keep on doing it🥰

Not even from a fertility standpoint but go ahead and buy the stuff you like for the baby now because having to by Everything when your pregnant can be overwhelming and so expensive (when you have to get everything at once) especially in the third trimester… you both know that eventually you will have a baby it’s not like your not sure if you want a baby but just randomly buying baby stuff for no reason… what an exciting journey for you guys

Buy what makes you happy 🩷🩵 I bought bridal magazines before I was engaged and I bought baby items before I was pregnant. They both happened quickly thereafter 😊

agree don't let ppl project their issues onto you! also life throws curveballs and you never know what will happen. my nephew was stillborn at 32 weeks and i love seeing his cousin in the clothes we bought. embrace the joy!!
