This is a horrible, awful experience and I'm deeply sorry this happened to you. My heart BREAKS for that baby in that car.....living with angry Mommy. :( that poor poor baby. This ALSO show how effed up our legal system is. Why was there no arrest? Why no CPS investigation based on report? If she sat on your street and the state had evidence of this? Why were you not given a YEAR restraining order. I'm SO sorry.

FYI, I have read that there are no ballistics on a flare gun. Not at all suggesting you carry one. Just some random info. Be safe. Install front and rear cameras in your vehicle.

I don’t understand how with a child in the car they didn’t get her for reckless endangerment of a child. That’s why I have a problem with this. You never mentioned the child and what was going on with the child when you were being assaulted wasn’t a child on the video didn’t you take a video to show that she had a child in the car? I cannot believe that the police did not get her for negligence.

I don't know if anything I say will make this any easier, but please know that none of what you went through was your fault. Based on what you've shared, it sounds like she has a history of anger and violence, and sadly, you became the target of it. No one deserves to be treated that way.
