Mocha Olive Oil Cake 🤍 Recipe below! #WaterlooPartner    Created in partnership with @drinkwaterloo to celebrate the launch of their new flavors. The flavors of coffee and chocolate compliment the citrusy and sweet notes in Waterloo Orange Vanilla. Find it at your nearest @target.    INGREDIENTS 1 cup milk, warmed ½ cup dutch processed cacao powder 1 tbsp instant coffee 1 ⅓ cup AP Flour 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp kosher salt  2 eggs  1 ¼ cups sugar  1 tbsp vanilla extract ½ cup olive oil  ⅓ cup heavy cream  3 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped   METHOD Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.   Heat milk in a liquid measuring cup until warm to the touch, about 1 minute in the microwave. Whisk in instant coffee and cocoa powder to bloom. Set aside.    Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to a medium bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.    Add eggs and sugar to a large bowl and whisk vigorously until mixture is combined and light and fluffy. Add milk mixture and whisk to combine. Add vanilla and olive oil whisk to combine. Add dry ingredients and whisk until smooth, a few small lumps are ok. Pour in batter and bake for 65-75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let rest until warm to the touch, about 20 minutes.   In the meantime, prepare glaze. Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave (in 15 second increments) until steaming but not boiling. Add instant coffee and chopped chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes. Stir well to combine. Glaze should be smooth and thick but pourable.    Remove cake from pan and discard parchment paper. Transfer to a platter or cutting board. Pour over the glaze and finish with flaky sea salt.    #WaterDownNothing #DoYouWaterloo
