lol the hospital I worked for did that for a very short time. The nurses bidding all worked together and bid the same amount. Or picked the shift they’d bid for. No one competed. They broke the system it went away quick. We’re smarter than that. 😂😂😂

This is horrible. As a chronically ill person. I need nurses at their best. They are the ones giving me life saving care. It is not the doctors! Nurses are the ones Caring for me 95% of the time! I hate this. It is horrifying. 😡
