They need to immediately remove all those dangerous hazards! If someone gets hurt, they could sue Newport. The city needs to fix this immediately.

When is the city planning to cut it out? Rip it out. Call the city safer and risk manager immediately. Should be able to find the managers name on the city website. It’s a city liability.
