Listing all the measurements and instructions down below:  Lemon Pepper Wings  For the wings  - 12 chicken wings (drums and flats)  - Salt and pepper  - 2 tsp baking powder  Arrange on a wire rack on a baking sheet and bake at 300 for 35 minutes, then increase the oven temperature to 425 and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Add the spinach and artichokes and season with salt and pepper and saute for a few minutes. Add the cream cheese and sour cream and stir, allowing it to melt. Add the grated cheeses, reserving some for the top. Add the lemon juice and remove from the heat. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bake at 375 until golden and bubbly, about 15 minutes.  Blistered Tomatoes and Burrata  - 1 pint cherry tomatoes  - 3 cloves garlic, minced  - 2 Tbsp Olive oil  - Salt and pepper to taste - 1 ball burrata cheese  - Fresh basil, extra olive oil and back pepper to garnish  In a small baking dish, combine tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes until blistered and juicy. Top with the burrata cheese, fresh basil, and more olive oil and black pepper to garnish.
