Hey Uzbek people... why y'all gatekeeping this?! 🇺🇿😂 I stopped by ANJIR Uzbek Halal Cuisine and tried the beef samsa, beef manti, lamb chops, and of course the plov. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and honestly just really well done. The lamb chops were outstanding, and I can definitely see why the plov is considered one of Uzbekistan's signature dishes. The meat was incredibly tender, and the rice was cooked perfectly. If you've never had Uzbek food before, I'd absolutely recommend giving it a try.
