The Bible doesn't say pets are in heaven—but it also doesn't say they can't be there. Since Scripture doesn't clearly answer the question, it's a matter of hope rather than certainty. We shouldn't claim something the Bible neither confirms nor denies. God is loving and cares for all of His creation, including animals. If He created countless living creatures on Earth—and even other creatures elsewhere in His universe, if they exist—it's hard for me to believe His love would simply exclude them.

We’ll never know because we’ve never been there. Missing our pets is sad enough on its own. Our little consolation is believing that if we live a good life here on earth, we’ll be able to see them again. Then a random person decides to tell us we’ll see strangers instead?
