nonna worked until she was 35 and then retired for life, young italians can’t do the same thanks to her generation and I think we’ll never ever see our retirement day unless we leave

I really liked this video and there’s a lot of great realities in here but I think you lost it just a bit at the end. The Italian pension was “designed” in 1952 when the life expectancy was 66 years old . Today life expectancy is 83. The system were never designed for people to live this long

When I went to Italy majority of the hospitality workers are immigrants because many young Italian people do not want those jobs. My friend in Italy does IT and he works in Switzerland because the salary is better than in Italy. He lives near the Swiss border. Also the waiter that served me was from Ukraine. Others are from Serbia, North Africa etc.
