I get the Ezekiel bread 🍞 and it doesn't spike me!! people forget we need carbs to live just healther carbs. more fiber count then sugar counts. I like to use keto spinach wrap for sandwiches since it's more fiber than using 2 slices of bread that will mess with your sugars. and yes we also need sugar for our lows.

The whole net carbs thing is irrelevant to diabetes. It will still spike your blood glucose.

The natures own white keto bread has modified wheat starch in it. It digest differently for other people so I would suggest having one slice and then testing your blood sugar in an hour or two to see if it spikes or not
