it should be a 90 degree angle and hold between the teeth for 3 to 5 seconds. you don't want to push bacteria into the gum tissue especially around a implant.

i have braces i normally do water floss outside my teeth and only sometimes inside bc whenever i use it inside it bleeds maybe cs i have it on high level but either way
