My son works at Walmart in the stockroom and said he got wrote up for using a small portable fan. They use those at the registers but u mean he can't have one in the stockroom?😂 Bambi you are dripping Gen❌️and I love it!

I work for Walmart, and I agree with you. The problem isn't always the employees—it's management. Too many store managers and people leads blame associates instead of taking responsibility. They're supposed to be the role models, but too often they aren't. Sorry, but I don't kiss anyone's ass just to move up. I believe promotions should be based on hard work, not favoritism.
