Here’s my theory! Felix wanted to meet with Jack, Jack was urgent to leave the house like he HAD to. He goes to work, walks in, gets angry at Felix over some argument and attacks Felix, Felix fights back and most likely hits him hard in the mouth with something to damage his teeth (shown in roses vision that his teeth are messed) Felix freaks out, stuffs him in the suit, cleans, leaves. The last emotion Jack felt was his anger and I think wonderland shapes your physical body and mind by your last emotion, in jacks case, anger, agony and or wrath. This is what makes Bon who also has the same messed up mouth and teeth (seen in the jail scene) this seems far fetched but I can also prove this for rose and Susan, roses last emotion was hope, the hope to see her children again. Her wonderland form is an angelic version of sha with a halo and wings, hopeful looking. Susan’s last emotion was fear, last thing she heard was a noise and got nervous, that’s why she sounds scared and why her appearance is so scary compared to the others in wonderland. THIS CAN BE VERY FAR FETCHED.. but almost sounds right

Dude bon was everywhere too, at some point while they’re in the attic, you can see him on the top window (right before rose sees herself as the wolf). But the shadow man is most likely Felix cuz of the secret video

A lota ppl think jack is bon but i have a dif idea, what if jack made a deal with a fallen angel the night he left and “wished” his family could be “beautiful” again and safe, in bons story he talks about a wishing and only after rose wishes to be beautiful she dies. Bon at the end of 5 also talks about “his wonderland” but refers to som1 else so maybe this was jacks world he created on accident
