and what’s so annoying is people can’t seem to comprehend that just because he was nerdy and soft in the summer i turned pretty DOES NOT mean he’s soft irl. that was Cameron’s character and clearly he had amazing acting since he nailed it. i just know he’s going to do so so good for the movie and i just KNOW people are going to do the same thing they did with the off campus adaption.

I literally love the casting everyone who is mad is just mad he is a person of color also for the people saying "that's not my wes Bennett" well yes of course he isn't your wes Bennett because you didn't write the books if Lynn painter says that's our wes Bennett that's our wes Bennett it's not that hard to understand if you didn't write the books then stop complaining, he is the perfect person to play wes, bea and David have such good chemistry and are so wes and Liz coded

i think hes perfect and we should give him a chance. i think he will be amazing and people are gonna so switch up when they see the movie thats how they are. ges he was cam cameron but thats not the ACTOR it was his ROLE. they play different roles guys, he obv wont be EXACTLY THE SAME. let him have his moment and enjoy it
