I worked there last year at the Taylor location. I witnessed them overdose THREE animals on their medication (2 being insulin) & parents were NOT informed. NEVER take your pets there. the (newer) manager is awful & i’ve seen the sweetest dogs flinch at her grabbing their leash.

I worked at the Taylor location for over a year (quit this past January) and I've witnessed so much. There are only a SMALL amount of people left there who genuinely care. The owners and "district manager" treat the staff HORRIBLY. There is no proper training and Sally the district manager will show up hours late to give time sensitive medicine and has also overdosed animals. They lie about what's in their facility, pay off the health inspector, and only care about profit and not the dogs safety/wellbeing.
