But who doesn’t love bacon, wrapped hotdogs, especially with some grilled onions? Ingredients: - [ ] Hotdogs - [ ] Bacon - [ ] Sweet onions, sliced - [ ] Red and orange bell peppers, sliced - [ ] Jalapeños, whole - [ ] Hotdog buns - [ ] Ketchup - [ ] Mustard - [ ] Kewpie mayo - [ ] Salt, to taste - [ ] Black pepper, to taste - [ ] Optional: Lemon pepper seasoning 1. Evenly wrap hotdogs with bacon. Grill on griddle until bacon is cooked through, golden and crispy. 2. Grill sliced onions and bell peppers until lightly caramelized. 3. Grill jalapeños until seared all around. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning to taste. 4. Assemble: Toasted hotdog bun, then add grilled onions and bacon wrapped hotdog. Add ketchup, mustard, and mayo to your liking.
