When I was a teenager in MI 2010 before pot was legalized I used to get consistent jail time for the crime (guilty by association) when I didn't smoke pot becuase all my friends did and they would Just give me the charges everytime i wouldnt snitch on them. it was always 2 year probation even with passing a drug test lol i would consistently get these charges until legalization ( i'm allergic to weed) irony lol
