this fire if you see is like a furnace and fueled by oxygen and pretty sure the structure above and below is damaged so suggest those staying above and below better get a qualified surveyor to inspect structure this is one and already too many and more must be done to prevent be it ebikes or gas or mobile battery or drone battery what should be done is to ban charging above certain wattage as hdb is high density and fire is a big risk
