as a Eastern European girly who had grandparents in the village, who had cattle. I have seen chickens, pigs, rabbits become dinner. It's like a rite of passage by this point. I still enjoy meat a lot. This argument doesn't work.

cattle are grazed on lands that is unsuited for crops such as poor soil conditions or water scarcity. native grasses are hardy and thrive in rough dry conditions. beef eat grass. simple math
