Cheesesteak sliders ✨🍔 Ingredients  - 2 pounds ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce  - 2 tsp roasted garlic oil - 2 tsp garlic powder  - 1 tsp complete seasoning  - Salt and pepper to taste (season generously) - 1 large yellow onion, sliced - 3 bell peppers, sliced (mixed color) - Smoked provolone cheese slices - 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded  - 1 tbsp Kettle & Fire Beef tallow (or as needed) - Brioche buns - Roasted garlic aioli  Garlic butter - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted - 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped - 1 heaping tsp garlic powder  - Salt to taste Instructions - In a large bowl, combine the sliced steak with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, complete seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. - Heat beef tallow in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak in batches until browned and cooked through, about 2–3 minutes per batch. Remove and set aside. - In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, onions, and sauté until softened and lightly caramelized, about 6–8 minutes. - Return the steak to the skillet and toss everything together. - Slice the brioche buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected if possible. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish or sheet pan. - Spread a generous layer of roasted garlic aioli over the buns. - Layer the smoked provolone cheese over the buns, followed by the steak and pepper mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. - Place the top half of the buns over the filling. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes. - In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, parsley, garlic powder, and salt.  - Remove foil and brush generously over the tops of the buns. Bake uncovered for 5-8 minutes or until buns are golden brown.
