if you say the islamic limitation on slavery were ignored why associate these people's actions with islam. While knowing they contradict with islamic slavery. We can hit a slave or we have to set the free. We have to feed them and provide them clothes. You would not be able to tell the difference between the slave and owner. The problem is the way you are talking about it. what's Muslims did while ignoring the islamic slavery and implementing whatever they wanted was wrong. We can't be brutal.

How can you claim slavery in the muslim empires was generally as brutal as in the west 😂? Yes they didn't always follow Islamic ruling and got brutal sometimes, but it was never similar to western slavery even in the worst years of the Ottoman empire.

I want more stories of slaves in history. the anime Jaadugar: a witch in mongolia is good, based on the story of a real Persian slave who became an important minister in the Mongol empire. The show begins at the tail end of the Islamic Golden age and treats slavery there matter of factly, a reality of the time.

Why label it Islamic slavery? Why not by region? When it comes to the West, you don't refer to it as Christian slavery, it's always labels such as the Atlantic slave trade, slavery by the conquistadors or Belgian slavery.
