My experience is this is not problem with milk this is problem how to handle maybe in van refrigerator not working or loading and unloading time set to long in high temperature shop keeper should take the temperature on dlaviry and right in the book on most shops get milk earlier morning and sit out side 3/4 hours in high temperature
