Slice the potatoes thin, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry using a clean towel. 2. In a bowl, add chicken along with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, white pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, curry leaves, rice flour, and corn flour. Mix everything well until the chicken is evenly coated. 3. Take one potato slice, place a marinated chicken piece in the center, slightly fold, and secure with a wooden stick. Repeat for all pieces. 4. Lightly spray oil on both sides and place the prepared pieces in the air fryer basket. 5. Air fry at 160°C for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through. 6. Remove and serve hot with lemon wedges, onion, or your favourite dip.
