@riyad241.3: Creamy Garlic Sausage Potato Bake🧄 🧀🥔 "One dish, endless comfort" Serves: 4–6 Ingredients: 6 pork or chicken sausages 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1 small onion, sliced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup milk 1 cup shredded mozzarella ½ cup grated cheddar 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp chopped parsley Salt and black pepper, to taste Instructions: Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish. Pan-fry the sausages until browned on all sides (they don't need to be fully cooked). Set aside. In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the cream, milk, thyme, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Arrange the sliced potatoes in the baking dish and pour half of the creamy garlic sauce over them. Place the browned sausages on top, then pour over the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbling. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with a fresh green salad or crusty bread. 🧄 🧀🥔
