Potato Tacos with Cheese & Ground Beef Ingredients: For the potato dough: * 1 kg potatoes * 3 tbsp starch * Salt to taste For the filling: * Ground beef โ€” to taste * 1 onion * 2 cloves garlic * Bell pepper โ€” to taste * Salt and spices โ€” to taste * Cheese * Fresh herbs โ€” optional Instructions: 1.
