Everyone is giving props to Annabeth for holding it longer, but Percy objectively was under worse circumstances. Annabeth deserves her recognition, it just isn’t comparable to Percy

can we stop comparing these two??? holding the sky isn't about strength it's about will power meaning that it only pushes you how hard you can last like it takes you to YOUR limits. it's not heavy it just crushes you by making you do the hardest thing you have done. so annabeth holding it for longer means her limits is WEAKER than Percy's but both of them holding up the sky is a incredible feat.

i dont know if this is a hot take or something but all i see are vids like this, saying percy got all the praise when annabeth did it longer and nobody talking about it, expect people are talking about it(in a way) like this. there are thousands of videos talking about this but i do get what youre saying with how annabeth did hold it longer, but people are literally turning it into a competition, like guys they both did it with their own challenges
