I'm torn on this one. The woman is a bit rude for sure but just because Judy is a judge, don't give her the right to yell at people and call them liars based on her opinion. The fact that she is 71 is not relevant. It doesn't give her some super power to see into the past. Did she steal the spot? Maybe. Probably, but it was offered to her by the guy. I have never sit in my car with my engine off in one place waiting for a spot to open up. It could have been hours. Actually, whether she stole the spot or not is irrelevant. The other girl was obviously pissed, which gives her motive. The woman even made some sort of comment about damaging the car. The husband said he saw her do it. I don't know if he did or not but neither does Judge Judy. I am 100% pro police but I have sued many people in my career. I have seen the police many times not write down everything.
