Title: The Coziest Comfort Food: Hungarian Goulash in a Bread Bowl – A Must-Try One-Bowl Wonder!
 Ingredients:
 •	For the Goulash:
 o	1 tbsp Olive Oil
o	2 large Brown Onions, sliced
 o	2 cloves Garlic, minced
o	1.5 lbs (approx. 680g) Braising Steak, cut into 2-inch chunks
 o	2 tbsp Sweet Paprika
 o	1 tsp Smoked Paprika
 o	1 tbsp Tomato Puree
o	2 Red Peppers, deseeded and chopped
o	2 Carrots, peeled and chopped
 o	1.5 pints (approx. 850ml) Beef Stock
 o	1 large Bay Leaf
o	Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
 •	For Serving:
o	4 large round Cob Loaves or Sourdough Boules
 Method:
 1.	Sear the Beef: Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy-based pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Season the beef chunks generously with salt and pepper. Brown the meat in batches until a crust forms. Remove and set aside.
 2.	Sauté Aromatics: In the same pot, add the sliced onions and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
 3.	Bloom Spices: Stir in both paprikas and the tomato puree. Cook for one minute to release their oils and flavours.
 4.	Combine and Simmer: Return the beef to the pot. Add the chopped peppers, carrots, beef stock, and the bay leaf. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer gently for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
 5.	Prepare & Crisp the Bread Bowls: About 15 minutes before the goulash is ready, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the top off each cob loaf and hollow out the centre, leaving a 1-inch thick wall. (Save the removed bread for dipping!). Place the hollowed-out bread bowls and their lids on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until the insides are slightly crisp and dry.
 6.	Serve: Once the goulash is ready, remove the bay leaf. Check for seasoning. Take the bread bowls out of the oven. Ladle the hot goulash into the crispy bread bowls. Place the warm bread lid on the side for dipping. Enjoy immediately!
 Tips:
 •	Don't Rush the Sear: Properly browning the beef creates a deep, rich flavour base for the entire dish.
 •	Low and Slow is Key: A gentle simmer is crucial for turning tough braising steak into melt-in-your-mouth perfection.
 •	Crispy Bowl is Key: Baking the hollowed-out bread bowls is non-negotiable! It creates a protective barrier, giving you more time to enjoy your meal before the soup soaks through.
 •	Sour Cream is a Win: A dollop of cool sour cream on top right before serving is a classic and delicious addition.
