is it possible to make a dish with protein pasta that isn’t disappointing because it’s so much less flavorful? like the pasta itself 😭 i’m supposed to avoid starches—and i do—but i can’t get over how unappetizing protein pasta is, so i just end up mostly eating things that weren’t supposed to have starch in them in the first place 😅 i grew up with vegetarian family members, so i’m used to adjusting my expectations away from “but it’s SUPPOSED to taste like this other thing,” but i really can’t do that in this case (maybe it’s bc i’m italian…). so how do you prepare your protein pasta? how do you get past the fact that it’s protein pasta? 😭
