How you can eat chocolate every day & still lose fat.. I used to think chocolate would make me fat.. 

I was that bad at one stage I would chew chocolate bars Then spit them out because I thought if I swallowed it That it would go straight to my gut.. Then I’d feel guilty if I did, probably proceed to eat more chocolate to make me feel better Then things would spiral out of control.. Now its something that I enjoy eating very single day.. You see the thing is you have two types of foods Nutrient dense.. & not so nutrient dense.. 
Just because one particular food like chocolate has less nutrients & more calories Doesn’t make it a “bad” food. 

Thats just a story you’re telling yourself. Aim to enjoy mostly fresh, non-processed foods like fruits, veggies & lean proteins.. Then allow yourself to have some of your diet to be up of the thing you like.. This way you don’t need to feel guilty for eating them

It’s going to be alot more enjoyable and you’re far more likely to stick to it.
