it's no one's fault really,idk if that's her husband and truly he did the right thing and ran to help her but he probably didn't see the thing (idk what it's called idc).she obviously didn't see what happened to him because she was half inside the car. so of course if I were in this situation I would be slightly mad that my partner didn't help me when I thought I was gonna be crushed by the back car door. so it's neithers fault
