I read I Who Have Never Known Men, and basically, it’s all about questions of existence, freedom, and life. Throughout the book, I was really waiting for something from the story, and when I finished it, I felt like it had taken something from me that I could never get back. I don’t mean that in a bad way or that the book was disappointing. I think that feeling is part of what makes it so memorable. You may have had a similar experience with it, or maybe not. I definitely have a love-hate relationship with the book, but I really like it for what it is. And whenever I get the chance to recommend it, I really do.

While I do agree that I Who Have Never Known Men was a FANTASTIC read, I wouldn't personally recommend it to get you out of a slump! It is one continuous chapter with literally ZERO gaps in between, which makes it feel super slower paced!! I would recommend if you have the patience though 💕💕

I found Fahrenheit 451 to be a bit of a drag, however it is a book which reflects the modern AI takeover, loss of original information and forcing people to believe whatever the highest power want them to believe, so excellent in the respect that it is still very relevant
