Who gets what inheritance is up to the OP, not the entitled daughter to decide. OP go enjoy your life if anything is left then leave it as inheritance. Too many kids just think everything is going to be theirs and have in their head spent it before the time is even near.

The painting was left to OP, it was not the daughters to decide what to do with nor would she automatically be given if anything happened to OP. It seems she was only interested because of the money, so no not wrong to sell your own painting and keep the money.
