90s vintage? Nobody wore cutoffs that long in the 90s. The late 70s & early 80s, maybe. Late 80s had Jean shirts cuffed and over leggings, or DaisyDuke style with the sexy cut to accentuate the goods. Anyways, I know you weren’t around then so I just wanted to leave you some first-hand experience to be better informed….
