Oh my God, I feel this so much. Every time I think about them and I go down this rabbit hole I think to myself they don’t deserve me. They don’t deserve me thinking about them wondering about them being angry about them. They deserve nothing from me. So why do I keep thinking about them? I’ve let them go and I’m at peace with letting them go, but yet they’re still here lingering. I hate that.
