@pizzabug06: For some time, certain thoughts have been calling me. These few odd words circle my mind: Towards a better man, towards a better mankind. What can I do now to propel the world towards a better man, a better mankind? It is still poking me. It probably will be for a while. But it woke something cold deep inside, like it’s pointing a finger at something. I don’t need to look. I can hear the voice. You. Cowards. You want to make man into a machine. You want to control him. You want to take the soul out of him. You think you can cheat death, cheat God. Transhumanism. You want to be immortal. You will never win. Never, ever. Cowards, face death if you dare, running away from the Divine guarantee. You can’t, because you know who waits. You can’t, because you know what you did. You can’t, because your bloodline runs on rats’ and snakes’ blood, blood that sneaked its way into power. You have no courage for death. You were never meant for power. It does not suit you. But in all this anger, the finger moved. Why did it become warmer? Whispering: Now open your eyes, cover your ears. You. Adam, I want you to honor your kin. I want you to take up the age-old duty. Their efforts have meaning only because you, children of man, refuse to forget them. Their sacrifices, the way they loved, the way they fought for something bigger than themselves, a noble, champion blood. That’s what makes them immortal. And I trust our children to do the same for us. Face the cruelty of this new world, like a tiger. Find that thing inside you that those cowards don’t have. Close your eyes for once. Rage.
